Tiramisu
Description
Ingredients: Sugar, starch, hydrogenated vegetable fat, egg yolk powder, emulsifier E-472a, egg albumin powder, milk protein, flavor.
Characteristics
Dosage: 1kg of product for ½ liter of cold water + 2 ½ liter of cold milk.
Preparation: Dissolve the product in cold milk and water and beat for 1 minute at low power for mixing and uniformity of consistency. Then beat on maximum power for 4-5 minutes to obtain final consistency. Fill the glasses, alternate with cakes impregnated with coffee and put cocoa on top. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Yield: between 60 and 65 rations of 60gr.
