Strawberry Yoghurt

Description

Powder preparation for making instant desserts.

Ingredients: Sugar, modified starch, hydrogenated vegetable fat, gelatin, milk proteins, citric acid, flavor, coloring E-124.

Characteristics

Dosage: 1 kg of products for 5 liters of cold milk

Preparation: Dissolve the product in cold milk and beat for one minute at low power to mix and catch consistency. Beat at full strength after 3-5 minutes for final consistency. Fill the glasses and rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Yield: 60 rations of 100g.
