Semi-concentrated rock fish broth, sterilized and packed in glass.

Ingredients: Water, condiments (crab, tomato, vegetables, carrot, onion, celery, leek), olive oil, white wine, salt, sweet pepper, dehydrated garlic, xanthan gum, dry bread.
Preparation: Put in a saucepan at boiling point. Add salt to your taste and you can savor.
It can be taken as broth, with rice or noodles or pieces of fish, shrimp and mussels for a good soup. Also to develop paellas, noodle dishes, stews and all kinds of fish dishes.
Conditions of conservation
Store it in a cool, dry place without contact with light. Once opened, store it in the refrigerator for four days.
