Coffee Panna Cotta
Description
Powder preparation for making instant desserts.
Ingredients: sugar, gelatin, carrageenan, soluble coffee, cocoa.
Characteristics
Dosage: 1kg of product for 4 liters of tempered milk.
Preparation: Dilute the product in the tempered milk and beat for 1 minute at low power to mix and begin to thicken. Beat at high power for 6-7 minutes for final consistency. Fill the glasses and leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Yield: 50 rations of 100gr.
