Description
Powder preparation for making instant desserts.
Ingredients: sugar, carrageenan, coffee, cocoa.
Characteristics
Dosage: 1kg of product for 4 liters of tempered milk.
Preparation: Dissolve the product in the milk and beat for 3 to 5 minutes until definitive dissolution. Fill the glasses and leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Yield: 50 rations of 100g.
