Coco mousse
Description
Powder preparation for making instant desserts.
Ingredients: Sugar, dextrose, glucose syrup, hydrogenated vegetable fat, emulsifier E-472a, grated coconut, modified starch, gelatin, milk protein.
Characteristics
Dosage: 1kg of product for 3 liters of cold milk.
Preparation: Dissolve the product in cold milk and beat for one minute at low power to mix and thicken the consistency. Beat at full strength for 8 minutes for final consistency. Fill the glasses and leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Yield: between 70 and 85 rations of 100cc.
